RESERVATION DATES (14 Day Reservation Limit)



1. Fees are $55 per night/per RV. Fees must be paid prior to arrival. No refunds for early departures.
2. RV Park stay is limited to 14 consecutive days. (WAIVED FOR MOSQUITO FIRE CONTRACTORS)
3. Refunds will be issued if the reservation is canceled more than 7 business days prior to the first reserved day.

1. Each RV space has one water and one 30/amp hook up.
2. NO gray or black water is to be dumped on the ground.
3. No washing of RV’s allowed.
4. The El Dorado County Fair Association is not responsible for fluctuations in water pressure or power surges, or any damage that may be incurred because of such. Water regulators and surge protectors are recommended.
5. No woodburning fires, open flames or charcoal barbecues allowed. Propane BBQ’s or firepits are allowed.
6. Any hazardous leak, or clean-up, is the financial responsibility of the person responsible for the leak.

1. No pets allowed in the restroom or laundry facility.
2. Pets must be on a leash (except for dogs in fenced dog park area) or always penned when outside.
3. Pets must not be a threat or a nuisance to other park users.

1. RV and tow vehicle must be in good, clean, operable condition and not more than 10 years old. (WAIVED FOR MOSQUITO FIRE CONTRACTORS) RV’s older than 10 years old must submit photos of their RV and approved by fair staff or reservation will be cancelled. Tow vehicles must remain available. “Drop offs” are not allowed.
2. RV’s must have current and valid insurance and registration for the RV (and tow vehicle if applicable). These documents must be in the same name as the reservation.
3. A secondary tent with a registered RV must be approved by the Fair staff. Secondary tents must be located within the same site as the RV.
4. Maximum occupancy of four people and one tow vehicle per site.
5. Children must be always under adult supervision.
6. Vehicles may not park in adjacent campsites.
7. RV sites must be always kept clean. All trash must be disposed in trash or recycle containers (located next to RV restrooms).
8. Quiet time is between 10:00pm-7:00am. Generators must be off by 10:00pm. ***PLEASE NOTE THE FAIRGROUNDS OPERATES AS AN EVENTS CENTER AND SOME EVENTS MAY RESULT IN NOISE AFTER 10:00PM***
The Speedway races most Saturday nights (and others) from March through September. Please check the calendar at eldoradocountyfair.org/calendar for scheduled events.
9. Destruction or damage to trees and landscaping is prohibited.
10. Driving off-road vehicles on the fairgrounds is prohibited.
11. Roller blades, skates, scooters, and skateboards are prohibited in the RV park and fairgrounds.
12. Fireworks and sparklers are prohibited.
13. Speed limit on the fairgrounds is 10 mph.
14. Found items must be turned into Fair staff.
El Dorado County Fair Association or it’s representative reserves the right to refuse service, to locate and relocate any vehicle in the RV Park according to space availability and space capacity and may remove any vehicle from the RV Park for just cause. Refusal to move your vehicle or vacate the premises at the request of the Fair Staff may result in your vehicle being towed at your expense. The camper accepts camping privileges with the understanding that he/she does hereby release the El Dorado County Fair Association, the County of El Dorado and the State of California, it’s officers and employees, of all liability for loss or damage to property and injury to his/her person arising out of his/her use of it’s camping facilities and agrees to defend and indemnify the El Dorado County Fair Association, the County of El Dorado and the State of California, its officers and employees, against all claims resulting from loss or damage to property or injury to the person or any member of the family or guest of the registered camper arising out of the use of the camping facilities. In the case of a defaulting occupant, the RV may be removed from the premises for the reasons specified in the California Civil Code Section 799.22. “Defaulting occupant” means an occupant who fails to pay for his/her occupancy in a park or who fails to comply with reasonable written rules and regulations of the park given to the occupant upon registration.
