EL DORADO COUNTY RV PARK RULES & NOTICES

FEES/CANCELLATIONS

1. Fees are $55 per night/RV. Fees must be paid before arrival. No refunds for early departures.

2. Each RV space has one water and one 30/amp hook-up.

3. NO gray or black water is to be dumped on the ground.

4. No washing of RVs allowed.

5. The El Dorado County Fair Association is not responsible for fluctuations in water pressure or power surges, or any damage that may be incurred because of such. Water regulators and surge protectors are recommended.

6. No woodburning fires, open flames, or charcoal barbecues allowed. Propane BBQs or firepits are allowed.

7. Any hazardous leak, or clean-up, is the financial responsibility of the person responsible for the leak.

PETS

8. No pets are allowed in the restroom.

9. Pets must be on a leash (except for dogs in a fenced dog park area) or always penned when outside.

10. Pets must not be a threat or a nuisance to other park users.



RV SITES

11. Children must always be under adult supervision.

12. Vehicles may not park on adjacent campsites.

13. Golf Carts are allowed with proof of insurance.

14. RV sites must be always kept clean. All trash must be disposed of in the trash or recycle containers

15. Destruction or damage to trees and landscaping is prohibited.

16. Driving off-road vehicles on the fairgrounds is prohibited.

17. Roller blades, skates, scooters, skateboards, and golf carts are prohibited on the fairgrounds.

18. Fireworks and sparklers are prohibited.

19. The speed limit on the fairgrounds is 10 mph.

20. Found items must be turned in to Fair staff.

El Dorado County Fair Association or its representative reserves the right to refuse service, to locate and relocate any vehicle in the RV Park according to space availability and space capacity, and may remove any vehicle from the RV Park for just cause. Refusal to move your vehicle or vacate the premises at the request of the Fair Staff may result in your vehicle being towed at your expense. The camper accepts camping privileges with the understanding that he/she does hereby release the El Dorado County Fair Association, the County of El Dorado, and the State of California, its officers and employees, of all liability for loss or damage to property and injury to his/her person arising out of his/her use of its camping facilities and agrees to defend and indemnify the El Dorado County Fair Association, the County of El Dorado and the State of California, its officers and employees, against all claims resulting from loss or damage to property or injury to the person or any member of the family or guest of the registered camper arising out of the use of the camping facilities. In the case of a defaulting occupant, the RV may be removed from the premises for the reasons specified in the California Civil Code Section 799.22. “Defaulting occupant” means an occupant who fails to pay for his/her occupancy in a park or who fails to comply with reasonable written rules and regulations of the park given to the occupant upon registration.
